I'll work to lower the cost of living by expanding housing opportunities, reducing the burden of property taxes, keeping energy affordable, and supporting policies that help working families build financial security.

Strong communities aren't built through endless spending and cuts.

I'll champion practical investments in people, infrastructure, and local businesses that strengthen our economy, create jobs, and expand opportunity across our district.

Young families deserve affordable starter homes. Seniors deserve the opportunity to downsize without leaving the communities they've spent a lifetime building.

I will support local planning and practical housing solutions that preserve community character while giving every generation a chance to stay.

I answer to the people of this district, and am not part of any political machine. I will work with anyone who has good ideas, regardless of political affiliation.
